These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Industry Blueprint, operated by Barry Katz. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
2. Products & Services
The Industry Blueprint offers digital education products including online courses, coaching programs, and related resources for aspiring entertainment industry professionals. All products are delivered through our online platform hosted by Kajabi.
3. Purchases & Payment
By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the amount displayed at checkout. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, though changes will not affect purchases already completed.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a technical issue or extenuating circumstance, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase date. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

If your purchase includes access to a community, group, or live sessions, you agree to engage respectfully and constructively. We reserve the right to remove any participant from community spaces for conduct we determine to be disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with the spirit of the program.

Our courses and programs are provided for educational purposes. While Barry Katz has decades of real industry experience, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, career results, or earnings. Individual results will vary based on effort, experience, and circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Industry Blueprint and Barry Katz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.
