By accessing or using The Industry Blueprint website and purchasing any of our courses or programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Industry Blueprint, operated by Barry Katz. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
2. Products & Services
The Industry Blueprint offers digital education products including online courses, coaching programs, and related resources for aspiring entertainment industry professionals. All products are delivered through our online platform hosted by Kajabi.
3. Purchases & Payment
By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the amount displayed at checkout. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, though changes will not affect purchases already completed.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a technical issue or extenuating circumstance, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase date. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
5. Access & Accounts
Upon purchase, you will receive access to the course or program you enrolled in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Your access is for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform - including video lessons, written materials, worksheets, and course frameworks - is the intellectual property of Barry Katz and The Industry Blueprint. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without explicit written permission.
7. Prohibited Conduct
By using our platform, you agree not to:
- Share your account login with others
- Record, download, or redistribute course content
- Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other community members or our team
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform
We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if any of the above are violated.
8. Community Standards
If your purchase includes access to a community, group, or live sessions, you agree to engage respectfully and constructively. We reserve the right to remove any participant from community spaces for conduct we determine to be disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with the spirit of the program.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our courses and programs are provided for educational purposes. While Barry Katz has decades of real industry experience, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, career results, or earnings. Individual results will vary based on effort, experience, and circumstances.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Industry Blueprint and Barry Katz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

This page describes the SMS messaging program operated by The Industry Blueprint (Zisher LLC). By opting in, you agree to receive text messages as described below.
Who Is Sending These Messages
Messages are sent by The Industry Blueprint, operated by Zisher LLC. We use Close CRM to deliver SMS communications on our behalf.
Who Receives Messages
SMS messages are sent only to individuals who have explicitly opted in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our booking form when scheduling a discovery session with the Barry Katz Team.
What We Send
After opting in, you may receive text messages related to your scheduled session, including:
- Booking confirmations
- Appointment reminders (day-of and prior to your session)
- Follow-up messages after your session with next steps or additional resources
- No-show re-engagement messages if you miss a scheduled call
We do not send unsolicited promotional or marketing messages via SMS.
How to Opt In
You can opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our booking form when scheduling a 30-minute discovery session. Consent is entirely voluntary and is not required to book a session or access our services.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS communications will be sent to your number.

Standard Disclosures
- Message frequency varies based on your scheduled activity and interactions with our team.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your mobile number and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. It is shared only with Close CRM, our service provider used solely to deliver these messages.
